4. Shipping Methods and Charges
We ship via USPS and shipping costs are calculated directly by USPS.
Buyers living in locations that require custom duties and/or VAT taxes to be collected understand that, the Buyer remains responsible for payment of custom duties and taxes at the time the product is received.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot take used skincare products back. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. Take your package to the post office for proof of damage and to fill out a claims report.
Cancellations: We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (same business day of placing your order) at (818) 889-6234 and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
